Susan Ramsay, Chief Executive Officer
Originally from South Africa, Sue worked for UKAid for over 21 years. During that time she gained much experience working in difficult environments including in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, and also in Sierra Leone during the Ebola crisis of 2014. During her spare time Sue loves to walk and spend time with her Pakistani rescue cats.

Matthew Bowden, Chief Operating Officer and Chair
Matt has worked in logistics for many years from parcel delivery to long distance lorry driving. At the start of the Ukraine war Matt went out to Poland / Ukraine for 3 months helping in the refugee centres and on the logistics lines.
Matt’s interests are fishing, woodworking, and model making.
Mary Prebble, Secretary
Mary, now retired, has past experience working for a charity (Dyslexia Institute) and has done varied voluntary work over the years, whilst working full time elsewhere. In her spare time Mary enjoys sewing, knitting and walking her two hounds.
Simon Greenwood
Simon works predominantly in corporate video production, and helps KentRelief with their digital media. He gets mad about the world’s injustices and although it doesn’t feel like enough, he donates a small portion of his time to good causes. Simon has lived in Spain, Australia and Mozambique, but is pretty happy with Kent, for now.
Iryna Kuzmych
Originally from Ukraine, Iryna has been living in the UK since 2014. With her family still in Ukraine, she feels a strong empathy for those affected by the war. She’s driven to offer assistance in any way possible.
Iryna’s professional background is in Human Resources, recruitment, and, more recently, education. She worked for leading international companies in the Retail and Professional Services sectors in various roles, including Training & Development Coordinator, Human Resources Projects Specialist, and Recruitment Consultant.
Her hobbies are art, travelling, nature walks and most of all she loves spending quality time with her children.
