Volunteering with us

Why we need you

We need volunteers for a variety of roles including at our Charity Shop and at our main Operations Hub.  We also need 'work form home' volunteers who can help out with fundraising, social media and general admin.

Charity Shop

Our Charity shop is based in the Royal Victoria Place Shopping Mall, Tunbridge Wells.  We need volunteers to help run the shop on a weekly shift basis. No retail experience needed!  You will be part of a great team and all sales training will be given on site.

Hub Operations

Our Hub operations are twofold – one area focuses on providing essential items to Ukrainian guests arriving in the UK whilst the other focuses on humanitarian relief bound for the families of Ukrainians who remain in Ukraine.

Duke of Edinburgh Award volunteering opportunities

We welcome Duke of Edinburgh volunteers to our Hub, and to date have had eight youngsters complete volunteering work here as part of their programme.  Potential DofE volunteers work at all times with our dedicated Duke of Edinburgh leads.  To apply to volunteer with us as part of the DofE programme, we require written consent from parents.
